John Raises the Stakes

Last Monday, I (this is John) missed another weigh in, which means a LIOLI user gets my forfeit!

What’s more, I finished my last plan, and kicked off a new two-pounds-a week plan. I do well with aggressive goals, and I like to have a big, exciting goal in mind. If I’m successful, I’ll be under 200 pounds for the first time since college. Wish me luck! Even though if I mess up, you’ll be getting my money!
